Terms of Services

These Terms of Service govern your relationship with Ecologic Team regarding property management services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Services Offered

We provide a full range of property management services, including but not limited to:

  • Property rental management
  • Tenant screening and placement
  • Lease management and renewals
  • Property maintenance and repair services
  • Financial management and reporting
  • Property marketing and advertising

 

These services are offered in compliance with Florida laws, including the Florida Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

As a property owner or client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date property information
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including any applicable Orlando city ordinances
  • Provide our team with necessary property access for inspections, repairs, and maintenance
  • Notify us of any changes related to your property, such as new ownership or specific requirements

 

3. Tenant Relations

We manage all communication with tenants, including lease agreements, rent collection, and maintenance requests. Should any tenant issues arise, we will notify you and take action in accordance with the law, including compliance with the Fair Housing Act and other relevant legal standards.

 

4. Fees and Payments

  • Management fees are agreed upon in the service contract and are payable as outlined.
  • Payments for maintenance, repairs, and additional services will be invoiced as needed, and you agree to cover these costs within the agreed-upon timeframe.

 

Failure to remit payment for management fees or other incurred costs may result in a temporary suspension of services.

 

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously and will protect your personal, financial, and property information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant Florida privacy laws.

 

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the management services agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice. All outstanding fees or balances must be settled within 15 business days of termination.

We reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately if:

  • The client fails to comply with local, state, or federal laws
  • There is a breach of contract
  • Circumstances arise that hinder our ability to manage the property effectively

 

7. Legal Compliance

As a property management company, we adhere to all applicable laws in the state of Florida, particularly those that apply to Orlando. These include, but are not limited to:

  • The Florida Residential Landlord and Tenant Act
  • Orlando housing ordinances
  • The Fair Housing Act
  • Relevant Florida building and safety codes

 

As a client, you are responsible for ensuring that your property complies with these legal standards.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Ecologic Team, we aim to resolve it amicably. In cases where a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with Florida state laws.

 

9. Updates to the Terms of Service

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.
