  • We started because we saw that there was a big issue with the existing property\u00a0management\u00a0companies in Florida, from the outrageous up charges on cleanings and repair work, their lack of use of new technology and their extra monthly fees with no reason. Also, most management companies pay themselves first, which I find outrageous. Therefore, we decided to open up a company that can solve all of those problems.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    • We have been working in partnership with Airbnb for the last 7 years. We\u00a0manage\u00a0over 50+ listings in the Orlando and Kissimmee area and have more than 2,500 reviews in our profile with an average of 4.6 stars, and average occupancy rate of 75% – 90%.\u00a0 (during normal times).
